Once all terms and conditions are completed, DDSE will issue a permit to add the 'Opinion Polls' activity in the license.

As a first step, a company employee 'technical officer' must apply for the professional competency test. Upon passing the test successfully, the company can then apply for the permit issuance service, with the technical officer's name included in the permit.
