Dubai has all the key elements that have made it a leading global tourism destination, including advanced infrastructure, modern communication networks, and efficient transportation systems.

This section presents administrative records from Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), including data on the number of visitors arriving in Dubai, the number of hotels and hotel apartment buildings, as well as the number of hotel rooms and serviced apartments categorized by their star rating and occupancy rates.

Additionally, economic indicators for the hospitality and restaurant sector, such as value added, production, intermediate consumption, employment figures, employee compensation, and capital formation, are presented based on a series of economic surveys.
