This topic includes statistical data on the activities of Dubai Courts across its three levels: the Court of First Instance, Court of Appeal and Court of Cassation, as well as its services, including filed and adjudicated cases.

It also presents data on the Public Prosecution's activities, such as the classification of cases by type of crime, issued rulings and convicted individuals.

Judicial data plays a key role in ensuring justice in the society by enhancing accuracy, efficiency in case resolution, and the enforcement of judicial rulings, decisions, orders and authentication of contracts and official documents. It also reflects the level of cooperation between the Public Prosecution and Dubai Courts in filing and handling criminal cases, as well as referring defendants to the appropriate courts.

Additionally, the Public Prosecution manages judicial assistance requests related to the extradition of criminals. It represents the Government of Dubai and its various departments before civil courts at all litigation stages to safeguard public and governmental rights and interests, ensuring a safer and more stable society.
