quarter of 2020 compared to the same period in 2019, as the residential building
prices dropped by 0.22%, while the non-residential building prices dropped by
0.21%.
Comparing the Construction Cost Index of the first
quarter of 2020 with that of the first quarter of 2019, a drop of 1.75 of construction
prices is noted, whereas the
residential building prices dropped by 1.60%, while the non-residential
building prices dropped by 1.44%.
