According to the report issued by Dubai Statistics Center, the price index of Food and beverages division rose by 0.31% during the third week of Ramadan 1442 compared to the second week of the same month. This increase is due to the increase of the prices of: Fish and seafood group by 1.79%. Tea, coffee and cocoa group by 1.47%. Fruits group by 1.28%. Vegetables group by 0.21%. Meat group by 0.04%. Mineral waters, soft drinks and juices group by 0.03%.
On the other hand, prices of Food products n.e.c. group decreased by 0.40%. Oils and fats group by 0.25%. Milk, cheese and eggs group by 0.07%.
While the prices of Bread and cereals group, and sugar, jam, honey, chocolate and confectionery group remained stable compared to last week.
