DSC (Dubai Statistics Center) organized a training program entitled "Records… Preparing and Processing" for a number of its personnel and competent employees from statistics departments and corporates inside UAE.
"This training program is part of the training activity carried out by DSC with the aim to develop statistics competencies inside and outside DSC in order to support statistics work and level it up to the highest global levels. This comes as a part of an integrated strategy aiming to achieve DSC's vision to become the world's most privileged statistics center supporting development in Dubai" Stated Rashed Al Nueimy, Human Resources and Administrative Services Head.
Mahmoud Al Qeih, DSC Prices Statistics and Records Expert, presented the program. He addressed during the training program, the various fields in which records may be used in addition to different ways to count such records as per the latest international technical methods. The program included workshops to practically apply records counting. Moreover, the program discussed a detailed explanation about the mechanism of collecting, auditing and processing statistics data in addition to the methods of publishing such records, verifying all auditing rules and controls and carrying out all entries quality tests in line with the approved international standards.
