The Prices of Food and Beverages in Dubai Rises by 0.32% in the First Week of Ramadan 1442 A.H.

​The report issued by the Dubai Statistics Center (DSC) revealed that the Consumers Price Index of Food and Beverages hit a rise by 0.32% in the first week of Ramadan 1442 A.H. compared with the last week of Sha'ban 1442 A.H., as a result of the increase of Vegetables by 4.63%, Fish and Seafood by 3.54%, Tea, Coffee and Cocoa by 1.20%. and Sugar, Jam, Honey, Chocolate, and Confectionery by 0.02%.
Whereas the prices of the following sectors declined: Fruits decreased by 1.39%, Food Products N.E.C. decreased by 1.18%, Milk Cheese and Eggs decreased by 0.51%, Oils and Fats decreased by 0.44%, Bread and Cereals decreased by 0.15%, and Meat decreased by 0.15%.
Meanwhile, the Mineral Waters, Soft Drinks, and Juices remained stabilized at their previous proportions.
