Dubai Sees 6665 Units in 2019 With a Total Value of 36.114 Billion Dirhams

Dubai Statistics Center "DSC" announced that Dubai observed the completion of 6665 new units in 2019 valued at 36.114 billion dirhams as per the data extracted from the database of the Dubai Municipality.
The DSC report showed that completion average was 18.26 new units per day, and 555.41 new units per month. In 2018, the total number of new completed units in Dubai was 6043 with a total value of 34.52 billion dirhams.
The statistical report revealed that the number of new completed units in 2019 was distributed as follows: 3638 Investment Villas valued at 2.864 billion dirhams, 2022 Private Villas with a total value of 3.514 billion dirhams, 361 Multi-Storey Units with a value of 9.898 billion dirhams, 280 Ratio-Storey Units valued at 14.159 billion dirhams, 210 Public Facility Units with a total value of 1.846 billion dirhams and 154 Industrial Units valued at 833 million dirhams.
The statistical report revealed that Investment Villas topped the new completed units in 2019 in terms of number. The percentage of completed Investment Villas stood at 54.6 percent, Private Villas 30.3 percent, Multi-Storey Units 5.4 percent, Ratio-Storey Units 4.2 percent, Public Facility Units 3.2 percent and finally the Industrial Units 2.3 percent.
