The execution of 10.5 new building a day during the first quarter in Dubai

In Dubai, the number of executed buildings reached 951 new building during the first quarter of this year, with an average execution rate of 317 buildings a month and about 10.5 new building a day.
                                             
The total value of the executed buildings during the first three month of the current year amounted to AED 8.5 billion while  multi-storey buildings acquired 75.98% of the total value recorded, as per to the data published by  Dubai Statistics Centre.

 

New Buildings

In details, the data issued by Dubai Municipal and published by Dubai Statistic Center shows that the total of the executed building in the emirate amounted to 951 new buildings during the first quarter of this year with an average of 317 buildings a month and about 10.5 new buildings a day.

The data of which the “New Emirate” obtained a copy shows that the new buildings were distributed over 368 buildings “Investment villas”, 362 buildings “Private Villa” and 123 “Multi-Storey Building” whereas the number of industrial buildings was 63 and the public building was 35.

It shows that investment villas came on top of the list with a percentage of 38.7% of total buildings, followed by private villas at 30.07% and multi-storey buildings at 12.93%, followed by industrial buildings at 6.2% against 3.68% for public buildings.

 

The Value of the Building

The data of Dubai Statistics Centre reveals that the total value of executed buildings in Dubai during the first quarter of this year amount to Eight Billion and 507 Million Dollars.

According to the data, “multi-storey buildings” came on top of the list in terms of the value recording Six Billion and 464 Million Emirates Dinar whereas “private villas” amounted to  714 million, followed by “public buildings” that amounted to 514 Million against 429 and 386 million Emirates Dinars for each of investment villas and industrial buildings.

The Statistics shows that the “multi-storey buildings” acquired 75.98% of the total value of the executed buildings in Dubai during the quarter of this year, followed by the private villas by 8.39% of the total, while the share of public buildings is 6.04%, against 5.04% and4.54% for each of investment villas buildings and industrial buildings respectively.

 

The investment villas came on top of the executed building acquiring 38.7% of the total amount.
